Coffee Bean Selection

Our gourmet selection includes fresh-roasted whole bean: origin-specific, blends, estates, flavored, decaf, Fair-Trade Organic and espressos. Our coffee is roasted  in small-batches to exacting roast colors and temperatures to ensure ultimate freshness. All of our specialty coffees are air-cooled, maintaining the richness, flavor and aroma our customers have come to consider the standard from us.

                                                    

Mother's Day Flavored Coffee Beans:

Mayan Mocha SpiceThe Mayans, who were the original cultivators of cacao tree that provides us with cocoa and chocolate, only knew cacao in its beverage form. They flavored their tepid cocoa beverage with chiles and other spices. Today, the combination of chile and cocoa flavors work in everything from barbecue to ice cream to yes, chocolate delivering complex heat, depth, dimension and richness.

 Creme Brulee: Reminiscent of the French dessert -- luscious caramel, hints of sweet maple and vanilla-infused custard... a true delight to the senses!

    A rich cup that displays a medium to full body, mid-range acidity, an intense flavor with citrus nuances and a clean, lingering finish.

  •   Costa Rican (regular and decaf) From a popular growing region, displaying full body, robust richness and medium acidity with a clean finish.
  • Cowboy

    A perfect blend of medium and dark roasted beans, full bodied, rich and robust, sure to put that giddy-up in your day!

  • Guatemalan Antigua A wonderfully complex Central American bean exhibiting a rich, medium-bodied nature with a spicy or floral acidity and a characteristic dry sensation.
  • Hawaiian Blend A blend of South American and a fine Hawaiian Estate coffee -- smooth and rich, a medium and earthy body with notes of herbal fragrances
  •   House Blend (regular and decaf) A smooth, light-bodied blend of Central and South American beans -- rich, well-rounded taste, soothing aroma and a lingering bright finish.
  • Indian Monsoon-ed Malabar

    Unique and exotic -- a fragrance which is both pungent and wild, a very low acidity level and a smooth, sweet yet syrupy flavor with a long, distinct finish.

  • Kona Blend

    A blend of Kona 100% Extra-Fancy and fine South American beans -- rich tasting and smooth, medium-bodied with well-balanced flavor and acidity.

  •   Mexican Roma Well-balanced, with light body, soft fragrance, low acidity and a natural fin  ish... a great coffee to drink any time of the day.
  • Penny University  The first coffeehouses in England were known as Penny Universities because for the price of a cup of coffee anything might be discussed and learned. Our Penny University Blend combines a number of regionals to produce a coffee with a complete and rounded flavor, bringing out the best qualities in each of the beans. Strong and full-bodied yet, smooth as silk.
  • Scandinavian Blend A blend of Central American coffees -- bright and lively, light in body with fresh berry notes and immediate flavor at the first sip.

Dark Roast:

  •  French Roast A delightful, dark-roasted blend of South and Central American coffees displaying a rich, bold body with smoky notes and low to medium acidity.
  • Cafe Scanno A blend combining coffees from Africa, Indonesia, Central, and South America. These coffees are blended and then roasted to a light Viennese roast. Because of the unique qualities of each coffee, combined with a slightly darker roast, this results in a full-bodied European style coffee.
  •    Italian Roast

    A Northern Italian roast of the Central and South American coffees, producing a cup rich and bittersweet in flavor, pungent and full-bodied with a long, smooth finish.

  •   Seattle Blend (regular and decaf)
  • Spanish Roast   Dark-roasted, deep and smoky with a robust bittersweet taste, full body and long, lingering finish.

    A delightful, dark-roasted blend of South and Central American coffees displaying a rich, bold body with smoky notes and low to medium acidity.
